Betancourt’s Ranch Venue – Family-Owned Rustic Ranch in Conroe, TX

Nestled on two acres at 10119 Ehlers Rd in Conroe, Texas (Montgomery County), Betancourt’s Ranch Venue is a family-owned event space that blends rustic Texas ranch charm with modern convenience. The venue features a spacious outdoor pavilion (approximately 4,800 square feet), open land for photos and activities, a gazebo, private air-conditioned bridal/changing room, clean air-conditioned restrooms, and a full catering/kitchen area.

We host weddings, quinceañeras, birthday and graduation parties, family reunions, baby showers, and corporate events for up to 300 guests. Packages range from $2,600 to $4,400 for an 8-hour rental, with a dedicated $1,500 wedding ceremony package available. Zero-percent interest payment plans make booking more accessible.

What sets us apart is the personal, hands-on service from our family (including owner Lety). Guests consistently praise the spacious layout, beautiful natural backdrops, clean facilities, and attentive owners who help bring your vision to life. The property was renovated around 2024 and offers flexible setup for outdoor ceremonies under the trees, receptions in the pavilion, and plenty of room for games, photo booths, bands, or DJs.
